My Process

Esther Mensah - Dedicated support for couples and relationship health

Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to slow things down, understand these patterns, and reconnect.

Together, we use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore what's happening beneath the surface, strengthen emotional connection, and help partners feel seen, heard, and supported.

Also, we use the Gottman Method to build a strong foundation of friendship, trust and emotional intimacy — helping you feel more connected and equipped for a lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about couples therapy

Couples sessions are 50 minutes. We focus on both partners having equal time and space to express themselves.

Typically, for couples therapy, we meet as a couple. Occasionally, I may suggest individual sessions if it supports the collective goal.

It's normal to feel hesitant. We start with a free consultation to address any concerns and ensure both partners feel comfortable with the process.
